NEBULA DRIFT is a free browser game. We do not ask you to register, and the game itself does not collect personal information. The only data involved is a small set of cookies that keep the page working and, with your consent, help us understand general usage. This policy explains what information may be processed when you load and play NEBULA DRIFT at our website. It applies to the game and the supporting pages only. Links to external services, if any, are governed by their own policies.

2. No account needed

You do not create an account to play. There is no sign-up form for the game, no password, and no profile. Your Stardust balance and progress are held in your browser for the current session and are never transmitted to us or stored on our servers.

3. Cookies

4. Analytics

If, and only if, you opt in, we may record anonymous, aggregated statistics such as which pages are viewed and how often the console is opened. These figures are not linked to your identity and are used purely to improve the experience. You can decline analytics and still enjoy every feature.

We aim to keep third-party involvement to a minimum. Web fonts may be requested from a font provider so the page displays correctly. We do not sell, rent or trade any information, because we do not gather personal information to begin with.

6. Data retention

Because the game stores its state in your browser for the session, that data clears when you close the page or reset your browser storage. Any anonymous analytics you consent to are retained only in aggregate form for a limited period and cannot be traced back to you.

7. Age and children

NEBULA DRIFT is intended for adults aged 21 and over. It is not designed for, or directed at, children, and we do not knowingly process information from anyone under that age.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, to object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
